Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect selection, so we kindly ask that you check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve this for you promptly. To assist us, please provide:
• Your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the fault or damage
Return Process
Once your return is approved:
• We will provide instructions on how to return the item
• Where possible, items should be returned in their original condition
• If the item is confirmed to be faulty, return postage costs will be covered or reimbursed
Refunds & Replacements
After we receive and assess the returned item, we will:
• Offer a replacement (subject to availability), or
• Provide a refund to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed once approved.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We are unable to accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect choice or ordering errors
• Items that have been used, worn, or altered after delivery (unless faulty)
